About Anne Marie Davidson

Although I’m new to the real estate business, I bring over 30 years of experience in sales trading. My strengths lie in truly listening to clients, paying close attention to detail, and executing plans with precision. Whether you’re buying your first home, your forever home, or selling your current one—I’m here to guide you every step of the way. You won’t be disappointed!

My first career spanned nearly three decades on Wall Street. I began in operations and data analysis, eventually retiring in 2019 as an Executive Director in equity sales trading at Morgan Stanley. Leaving was bittersweet, but my family became my priority—and I haven’t looked back. I’m proud to have provided a strong foundation for my children, who are now independent and pursuing their own dreams. Now, it’s my turn to follow mine: helping people achieve their goals through real estate.

I hold a BA from DeSales University and moved to New York City with just $1,000 in the bank. While I initially pursued acting, Wall Street became my true passion. I worked at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, holding all relevant licenses. After leaving finance, I became a licensed real estate agent and graduated from the Coldwell Banker training program.

I’ve lived in Monmouth County since 2001 with my husband of 20 years and our two children, Bobby and Olivia. I’m excited to bring my experience, dedication, and heart to help you find your perfect home.
