From Wall St. to Real Estate
Hi. My name is Anne Marie Davidson. My first career spanned almost 30 years on wall street. Starting as an operations data analysis until I retired in 2019 as an Executive Director in equity sales trading at Morgan Stanley. Although leaving was bittersweet, my family was a priority and frankly I have not looked back. As I was able to provide a strong foundation and guidance for my children, they are now independent and following THEIR dreams. Now its my turn to go back to what I loved and that is helping people reach their goals and dreams. I thought what better way than to help people find or sell either their first homes or their dream home. My experiences on wall street, being able to navigate the toughest of situations and paying close attention to detail and what my clients want, will allow me to provide the same sense of confidence in helping both home buyers and sellers.
I graduated with a BA from DeSales University and moved to NYC with $1,000 in the bank. Although I tried making it as an actress, Wall St. became my true passion ultimately working for Citigroup and Morgan Stanley holding all pertinent licenses. Once leaving Wall St, I became a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of the Coldwell Banker training program.
I have lived in Monmouth county since 2001 with my husband of 20 years and our two children, Bobby and Olivia.
